Dear fellow students,
An eventful year is coming to an end and I would like to wish you all a happy holiday season, a Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it) and a Happy New Year!
Last week we had a great Christmas party at the Institute. Thanks to all the helpers for your support!
By the way, about half of the mulled wine and fruits punch were not provided by the student body council, but by the Bonn university group of the Young GI [1]. Thanks a lot!
In the past year, in addition to a lot of committee work, which often takes place invisibly in the background, we can in the student body council look back on the
orientation unit, the freshman trip, a party, lots of important work in day-to-day business and, most recently, games evenings again.
We can be proud that all of this worked out so successfully in the end (despite all the difficulties).
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed something in the context of the student body council this year.
This includes small things as well, because it is only because many of us work together that our offers and events are possible at all.
It is absolutely not to be taken for granted what some people have done in their free time on a voluntary basis!
By the way: If you still need a good resolution for the new year, please subscribe (without obligation) to the fs-engel mailing list [2]! 😉
This is our mailing list for people in the student body council environment, through which we look for support when needed
and sometimes also inform about offers that are made to active student body members.
I’m looking forward to a good time together with you in 2025!
Best regards and see you soon,
Felix
